  Meeting Papa Matu

As the autumn chill settles in, a mischievous ghost named Papa Matu returns to Ook for a frightening spook.  He opens the doors to his Haunted Graveyard and dares monkeys to step inside.  Find him in Clock Tower Square during October!


  Visiting the Haunted Graveyard

In October, any brave monkey of any level can explore the Haunted Graveyard. No trail key required! 

Here is how you can visit Ghostly Papa Matu’s Haunted Graveyard:

Use the Portal in Clock Tower Square
Visit Clock Tower Square in the Crossroads
You will see Papa Matu standing watch over the portal to his spooktacular realm
Stand on it to enter at your own risk!


Teleport
Click the event icon in the lower right corner
Click Go to the Haunted Graveyard
You will be transported directly to the Haunted Graveyard.

Papa Matu’s graveyard is frighteningly fun!   The more you visit the more tricks and treats you will discover. The portal is only open during October, so come back daily to make sure you don’t miss out on any treats!
Don't miss these wicked fun activities:

  Pumpkin Bashing

Papa Matu  likes to hide special Halloween prizes inside pumpkins for daring monkeys to find as they explore his Haunted Graveyard. Pumpkins can contain different prizes, some more rare than others. These are only available during October!  Break as many as you can to get all the loot. 

Use your sling shot, super stop, sword or any weapon to break pumpkins to collect prizes.  There are 37 breakable pumpkins in the Haunted Graveyard, can you find them all and collect their loot?

  Visit Papa Matu's Ghoulish Jack in the Box

While exploring you might find Papa Matu’s ghoulish Jack in the Box.  It contains spooktacular surprises for those brave enough to come back daily to open it.

Prizes in this Jack in the Box are only found inside in the Haunted Graveyard.  Start by bouncing on the biggest grossest bouncer you can, then go left and you may find a pumpkin guarding the Jack in the Box's secret location!

This Jack in the Box contains some of the rarest items, so come back daily for some of Papa Matu's best loot.

 Uncover Papa Matu's Haunted Treasure Chests

Papa Matu has hidden two haunted chests in his Haunted Graveyard.  They contain even more prizes for monkeys brave enough to find them.  Once is in plain sight and easy to spot, but you’ll need to recruit some friends to get to the second chest. 

There are certain items you can only get from opening these chests, so be sure to look for them while you explore.

  Do Some Frightseeing

The graveyard isn't open long, so make sure you do some frightseeing! Bats, spiders and spooky things of all sorts hang around in the Haunted Graveyard.  Be on your guard, you never know what will pop up...
